Prices and Shipping Costs

The prices indicated in the online shop include statutory VAT and all other price components.

Transfer of Risk and Shipping

Shipping is carried out with a carrier (e.g., DHL) of co:aya's choice.

If the customer is a "consumer" (see section 1.2), co:aya bears the shipping risk. However, if the customer is an "entrepreneur" (see section 1.2), the shipping is at the customer’s risk.

VAT DISCOUNT TO NON EU CUSTOMERS

Customers ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 19% VAT discount on their order. This is applied at checkout after the delivery details are complete.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) may be levied by the local governing authorities. These further costs shall be borne by the customer.

Items will be shipped from Berlin, Germany with official documentation declaring the exact total of all merchandise purchased in EU euros, as well as the country of origin for each item.
